Default Exhaust Fluid Light

My dads 2014 350's exhaust fluid light came on but it's not low.

We had it to the dealer but they can't figure it out.

Any thoughts?

Make them figure it out or call ford service! Ford would never accept that answer

Also found something this week. To reset the def warning lights you have to fill. Mine has 399 miles I out 2.5 gallons in to get me to oil change and wouldn't go off. Just went ahead and filled it and totally reset back to around 5000 miles. Maybe this is a way for ford to prevent a quick fill and then people run out

Apparently that's the norm. Not sure if by design, but yes you have to completely refill in order to reset the monitoring & warning system.
