Default Electrical issue PCM or BCM or both

I have been struggling for months lost my job and quite a bit more over this ****ing absolute piece of garbage they call a Ford truck yeah yeah I get it I bought a 5.4 from 06 kinda my fault but the worst part is it has nothing to do with a misfire or spark plugs I have literally spent over $1000 on basic parts and programming unless I got bad parts which doesn't seem to be that case I need to know if it's the PCM BCM or both at this point I've changed the alternator battery starter redone the ground wires and even re grounded the BCM all to nothing but a buzzing noise coming from the driver side foot well and the pillar by the back window neither stop until I disconnect the battery someone for the love of God tell me what I'm missing of it is absolutely one of the 2 things I said I'm lost and about to just scrap it
