not sure but you would need to install a relay switch for the glow plugs if it is diesel

If it is a diesel then not only do you have to have a switch for ignition but also for glow plugs. truck will not start without hot glowplugs, once again, if it is a diesel

Default Similar problem

I ***ked my own ignition that way. Thought there was a way to start it with a flathead but got impatient and messed it up. Now the frame of the steering column where the ignition cylinder/key lock cylinder is located is broken off on the bottom half so i cant just replace the ignition and key. How do i bypass all that and just start it from the little rectangle box way back under the steering column? Its a 1995 f150 northwest edition
