Aftermarket fuel tanks

I have a 2016 Screw diesel, I cannot for the life of me understand why the tank is only 26 gallons. I am sure this topic has been beat to death but here it is again lol

Has anyone on here put one of the 50 gallon tanks on?

I'm curious how accurate the fuel gauge is and how they recalibrate it and if the distance to empty calculations are recalibrate for the new capacity.

so far I have looked at the one from transfer flow and Titan.

Any advice or suggestions greatly appreciated

I don't have one yet, but I plan on it when I find an extra $1k. The dealer can adjust the tank size or you can do it yourself through the Forscan software. From my research, all gauges and calculations are accurate. DTE will show something like 700+ miles.
