94 7.3 powerstroke running rough after start
My 94 7.3 has suddenly began starting harder the usual and running rough for the first 10 or so minutes. I recently removed a utility bed off it and replaced the rear tank. And put a new cam positioning sensor it. I also did not use the front filler neck I just taped up the rubber line. Last night coming home from work it ran rough for 10 miles then i started up the mountain I immediately started running out of power. Made it about half way before it quit. I thought it was the CPS. I started it again and it bearly idled. So this morning I replaced CPS and put in 5 gallon of fuel and after A lot of cranking it finally started and ran great. But coming home tonight the check engine would come on for a minute then go off.
anyone have any idea what's going of or where to start looking

It sounds like your injector control pump (ICP) is dying. Either that or the lift pump is failing, but I suspect the ICP. We have a 95 at the ranch that does the same thing, and replacing the lift pump didn't fix it. Haven't done the ICP yet.

I think I'll try the icp. The lift pump is fairly new. Not quite a year old. This evening I picked up a new symptom. A stutter like. Lite and quick. I'm thinking of also doing the 10k mod.
