7 Lug Wheels !
I have a 2000 Ford F-150 super crew v8 triton 5.4 and it defenetly has 7 lugs .. And am extremely frustrated that fountain tire lost my spare and denies having ever had it.. And now I can't find a new rim.. And can't find a replacement in my entire province.. This is so stupid and frustrating in my opinion..
No, what he probably has is a 98-99 F250 light duty. It looks exactly like an F150 but has firmer suspension and a couple other beefed up bits. Its kinda like the Chevy 1500HD. They should have just named it the F150 Superduty.

Also, here is a pic of one. Granted you cant actually see the lugs themselves, but the cap shows 7 places for a lug.

You're actually all right. The earlier 7-lug trucks were called F250 Light duty, but later on, (don't know the years) became the F150 7700. The 7700 stood for 7700lbs GVW, but all the badges on the truck said F150. The 7-lug trucks were basically what you got if you ordered an F150 with the snowplow prep package.
Take a look at the tailgate on an F150 with seven lugs, and it will say 7700 right under the F150 badge

I was told by my rim supplier that all Ford 7 lug rims are interchangeable.
they come in 16,17 and 18 inch models depending on market and manufacturer. I got rims and had to buy tires to match them.
When ordering rims and tires be cognitive of the original rotations per mile on differently sized rims, that may mean s smaller or larger tire for that rim.
I was informed that the 16 inch 1997 F250 light duty RPM was 671 rotations per mile.
I ordered tires that were close on the 17 inch rims I purchased at 691 rotations per mile, and I'm within 1 mph of the correct speed.
Thank you for your input and I hope this helps any of you looking for your f150 7700 heavy duty or f250 LD
