Pull the cab. Delete the EGR while your there. Have the heads milled and dont run anything but the ARP studs. Make sure they are torqued to spec too. Gaskets and studs will cost ya around $700.

Take it from some one who drives a 6-oh.

 

I always pull the cabs it's much easier. But u can do it with the cab on too it jus sucks
