You don't want to pay extra...then don't. I certainly will!
I don't wanna pay extra for repairs on a defective truck! Ill pay extra all day long for an engine that will keep on running!
Right there in my sig that I have a 3.5 Eco, and it is still running seven years in.

I would buy the diesel! I also will not be touching any new ford engine until it has at least 5 years on it.

The argument here is why would someone want the bigger motor...why the heck then does the Limited come with the HO 3.5 eco?

I'm the one waiting for my POS 2018 5.0 Lariat to grenade...then if I can stomach another Ford it will be the F250 with the 6.7 diesel engine.
I will happily pay the extra cost for the diesel...what I won't pay for anymore are expensive repairs on poorly engineered and manufactured engines.
they aren't all bad..i know it's a hard concept for you to grasp
