Also what do you guys think of the 10 speed going on the 6.7 power stroke. This makes me feel more more confident about my 10 speed. It's quirky but besides that it's a great trans.

Oh yea for sure especially if it's taking the abuse the 6.7 gets. We have some of them in our ambulances and those things get driven hard and keep going. Our 11 has 122k miles. Cold started then floored to a call rinse and repeat. I still think it shows how much R and D went into this transmission though.

I'm really curious about this pushrod 7.3. Wonder if it will make its way into anything else and what the power numbers will be?

In addition to the current 6.2, the 7.3 is offered as well as an updated Powerstroke which more than likely will top out the class once again. The 10 speed trans has a PTO on it as well.

Being a pushrod motor I bet you it could fit in the f-150. I doubt they put it in. Maybe the raptor but it would have to make more than 450 horse and 510 torque.

Its going to make it into the Mustang, this can be guaranteed. It'll be reworked into the Boss 429 for 2023 or whenever they launch the new mustang platform, which will also coincide with the end of production for the upcoming GT500. the Boss will take the halo car status from the GT500 when they end production of the S550 platform on which the upcoming GT500 is based. That is my prediction, but I'm betting its pretty accurate as how could they NOT make another Boss 429 when they have access to a brand new 7+ liter v8!

I doubt it, the new 7.3 is a cast iron block, way too heavy for the Stang, especially when the 5.2 is made specifically for the Stang.
