I have had both 2016 F-250 super duties and both are great. The 6.2 was a fine truck and had lots of power for me with a normal travel trailer. However, when tasked with a larger load, about 12000 lbs., it didn't make me feel good. I was working over the engine to hard to pull the load, not enough torque. The diesel is more expensive and more costly to maintain, but has over twice the torque. If the gasser works for you awesome! Go with that, but sometimes only a diesel will do for very large jobs. Both are great in their own ways.
