It's always iffy with the 6.0 trucks and really depends on what you want to do with it. If it was 126k babied miles with all services done on time and within the intervals, it's probably pretty solid. However, if it was ran hard and put up wet with any sort of neglect, it might be a bad deal. With 126k you're close to the point of needing injectors. Depending on how the truck was used, be wary of the transmission but they're normally pretty stout. If it was me, I would say the $13k is too much because I would be setting aside around $5k to do head studs, an egr delete or upgraded cooler and possible a coolant and bypass oil cooler/filter. They can be great trucks and awesome daily drivers, just be informed on the issues, do the research and be comfortable with fact that you may have to open the motor up at some point. I hope I've answered you questions. Good luck.

You will need to spend 5k on it to make it reliable. Head studs and egr delete will help make the truck better but honestly I would stay clear of a 6.0
