2006 250 xlt supercab,need info ya'll,help????
Hopefully someone here can help me. I am looking at a 2006 f-250xlt 6.8 v-10,also fully loaded to the brim, with 43thousand miles on it.with my trade in i can get it for only $12,000.
Is the 6.8 a good engine?
and if i'm correct the 6.8 is a deisel right ya'll??
also just for now if i were to get it,can the front be leveled out also?
i also heard when i go to get a lift kit, some ppl told me its easier and cheaper to put a lift kit on it(f-250) than say a 2006,f-150 xlt supercab,is this true??
also anything else i should know about the 250 that ya'll feel are relevent as i want to this last me for the 5-7years????

The 6.8 is the triton V10 GAS motor. You are looking at getting 12mpg around town if not less. Yes you can level it and it is roughly the same to do as a f150, if the f150 is 2wd. if not it is still easy to do if it is 4wd. As long as you do basic maintance and such the truck should las you a long time.
