2002 f250 5.4 few issues
 

ok its my father inlaws truck its a 2002 f250 5.4 he bought new in 01 its a 2wd not that it matters. ok it has like 140k miles on it. the issues are when you start it cold it pops out the intake slightly then it warms up idles fine revs up fine then put it in gear go to take off from the end of driveway it sputters goes away once rolling everytime you take off from a dead stop it sputters. and he has went from 15mpg too 7mpg. we did all new coils and plugs new air filter fuel filter still the same. i cleaned the thottle body no change. any ideas? i think maybe idle air control.
