Default 1999 F250 Conversion Questions

I'm looking to buy a 1999 F250. It's a Crew Cab Long Bed that has been lifted 19" with 46" tires, it's a toy. They ditched the original powerstroke and dropped a 3208 Caterpillar V8 Diesel under the hood an an Allison Automatic Transmission. The questions I have though would be how hard would it be to swap out the front end and interior to a 2007 or newer body style. The rear of the truck already has a 2011 Tailgate on it. Also, would taillights out of a 2011+ fit into the stock taillight holes on it without modification. Thanks for the help!

The front clip swap is easy, hardest part of that is forkin out the cash for the parts. Interior I'm not so sure on. Taillights should fit, main thing would be modifying the reverse light harness.
