2006 XLT SCREW runing a 6" lift and 35's. With that I'm getting about 11-12 mpg. I lost a couple of mpg's when I moved out to Hawaii though because it's all stop-n-go traffic out here. Back in Mississippi I was getting about 13-14 mpg's.

Truck is in the sig, about 15 hwy, which is all I drive. It wasn't meant to be a work vehicle, but it became one when the tranny went out on my van.

Why do the older F150's get better mileage than the newer ones? I thought technology was supposed to get better with the newer vehicles.
