The one that works best for me is lying flat on my back, knees to my chest and hands above my head and hold it, then flat and hands to my side. I put my knees up first, then hands over my head. I repeat that a half dozen times minimum and works best for me. Mind you I am built like Humpty Dumpty.

Squats = ultimate weightlifting exercise....

Strength, power, endurance, core strength, balance, flexibility, pretty much hits everything....

Lol there is no in between here. Its either none or black as night and barely visible. The racetrack LED lights are blinding. Lol a slight tint 30% would be accepted on a LED lights. But standard lights no..
