I try to do that. But I always eat so much I can't figure the multiplication so that I have a least two more meals. Plus I never know what to cook. I made steak the other day, which was good but reheated steak becomes super well done and I like it rare.

Make a meal plan for the week. Thats what I do. I made enough pasta for 2 people for 2 days. Then when that's done it's wraps with baked nugget potatos.

Leftovers are disgusting. I don't eat leftovers unless the wife hides it well.

I've tried to do that, but my weeks are so sporadic it's hard to know when something will throw a wrench in my plan. But I suppose I can work through that. I also need to hit up the grocery store. My thing lately is to avoid buying food for farther off than about 3-4 days. That way I eat pretty much everything I buy. But in that, I always end up getting sick of the same foods over and over. hahah
