Goldens are very special dogs, I was thinking of adopting one after I lost Oz, my 2nd BorderHeeler. None came up for adoption, but Seamus did, my third BorderHeeler. As said, with work, and not a whole lot, the herding of things that shouldn't be herded can be stopped. The herders aren't a breed for everyone, that was why Seamus wound up in a shelter. Oh, but he was so cute and friendly, but they can have bad habits that most don't know how to break. Once they understand what you want, they'll do whatever they need to please you. If I live long enough, there'll be a number four.

I like to make comments open to a nice "TWSS" reply in person, and on the internet at least 48 times a day. I'm happy to see this opportunity was not wasted by this board.
