I am looking to get my project ’01 F150 Harley Davidson back on the road now. It has been sitting for years so it will be getting a fresh tune-up services.

Unfortunately, this truck was a victim to catalytic converter thieves (both stolen) years ago. A ring (including a junk parts company that specialized in cat converters) was busted for stealing these cats all over the town two or three years ago.

It’s incredibly loud right now hence why I am looking at exhaust upgrade options while keeping the original dual-tips. I need to do something about it so I can get it emission tested and start driving on the road again. I want to keep it loud but not too obnoxious - I want it to sound good.

I don’t have much knowledge on exhaust set ups so I am asking you guys with experience. Any suggestions?
