I have some things I'm wondering what they are. I'm pretty sure the one is a starter solenoid. But the gray box below it is aftermarket and is labeled "selet the professionals choice" and I'm not sure what it is. To the right of the starter solenoid is a plug and I'm not sure what that is. The wires go back to the device to the right of the carb. Any help? Thanks.

 

The first pic/gray thing on drivers rear of valve cover are your vacuum solenoids. Part of your emissions system. The 3 solenoids on the right top of this pic.

 

Great! Thanks. Am I right that the box on the upper left on the passenger side fender is the starter solenoid? I know the gray box below it is aftermarket and something to do with the ignition. I'm not sure what the box on the right is. Sorry I'm so green. Thanks for your help

 

Yes black thing is solenoid.

Im missing the "box on the right". Maybe snap a close up pic of it or a finger pointing at what you are wondering.

 

I marked it with an arrow. It has wires going into a plug that snaps into the bottom. Thanks for the help!

 

My fault. Black thing is the starter relay.
