upgrading a camshaft

And I seen crane had a cam cut for towing so I planed on that. My ex girlfriends dad had a crane cam in his 355 and he said it was the best he ever put in.

Now if I get the right springs on to get more rpms could I put in a granny low 4 speed and keep my rpms down fairly low with having 4.11 gears as 35" tires?
