Default Turning Squeal

Ever since i bought my 85, at low speeds or at a dead stop and turning the wheel all the way to the left or right, it makes a nasty squeal and sort of has a real hard time turning. Im rolling on 35s which might make it harder to turn but shouldn't squeal. I tried soaping one of the belts, not sure what it is called serpentine or something like that but it fixed the noise for a few days then started again. What are some long term solutions to the damn noise.

My 85 did that. Check the fluid in the power steering pump. Sometimes when it is down it will squeal at full turns because it is low on fluid.

Check the belt and tensioner, one or both could be worn out causing the belt to slip.
