Engine overheating 302
Hey guys, I overheated the other day cause I had no coolant in the radiator. I'm as green as they come lol. I burped the radiator, but the truck still overheats in idle. What's my next move? Replace water pump ? Please help!!

I would suspect the thermostatic fan clutch on the fan behind your radiator first thing if it overheats at idle.
I assume your truck is equipped with one of these. Can you turn the fan when the engine is shut off?

Like 88xlt states, check the fan operation
You should be able to pull a heater hose to check the water pump flow.
What year is your truck?
