I've got this '83 pretty much road worthy. I'm running 285/70/17s on it, and I need to get a spare. It's 4.9, 4 speed. Body is very solid, but a good many dents. I'm trying to decide whether or not I'm ready to start on the body work. I kinda like it the way it is.

Same size under mine, looks good. Small dents give it character too, Ill have to get a better closeup of my bed, its been worked... hard.

Default '86 4x4

I've recently acquired an '86 F-150 4x4 single cab short bed with 5.0L 4 speed manual with granny. I got it off a trade for a jeep Cherokee 2wd. Hell of a deal on my part. It's got a 6" suspension with 3" body lift. It's got some issues but nothing that can't be fixed. Be gentle this is my first 4x4 and full-size truck.
