Default A very special truck to me

I've put a lot of TLC into this '65 F100. The most special thing about it is, it remind me of my dad that I miss very much. As I stated in another thread, this is the first vehicle that I was legally able to drive after getting my drivers license. It gives away my age but what the hey! It was re-painted the original Wimbledon White. It has a 351W 4V HO engine, an AOD transmission and a 3:25.1 9" ford final drive. The factory headers are ceramic coated inside and out.

Your '65 is in beautiful condition. I have a '66 that was my grandparents truck. Its a slow going process to restore it. Did you do anything with the gas tank? We are looking at doing an in bed fuel cell for it. We want to get it out of the cab.

I love those late 70s pickups.... That is to me the best looking body style a truck ever had. Someday I want one of the late 70s F150s.
