Some nice old trucks in this thread! Here`s my uh.... project:

Long story short: scrapping body on red truck, putting blue body on red truck`s frame, using green truck`s engine with red truck`s tranny.
End result, a 1977.5 F250 4x4 dana 60/44HD combo, 300-6, 4speed. Plain jane custom truck, nothing fancy. Restoring a working truck (ex-logging truck) to it`s much deserved condition. Only non-factory thing on it will be the winch bumper and PTO Ramsey winch. Once I `finish` my other project, the body comes off the 250 and the frame gets beadblasted and gets a suspension makeover. Can`t wait.

This was my Grandfathers truck he bought new in November of 76...1977 F-150 Custom with Factory A/C (still works), power steering, and power front disc brakes. I am planning to restore her to close to original condition with a few performance mods and an overdrive tranny.
