Default 78' F150 dash pad removal

Pad needs replaced and am asking what i need to do to remove old pad, removed screws along windshield, not sure where to go from here. Any help is appreciated.

I believe all the hardware is "accessible" under the dash. You are going to need to remove the glovebox, center and passenger vent if you have AC and the gauge cluster.

This was the kind of news i wish i weren't expecting to hear, for some reason i knew this cab off resto was going to easy. 😨
Thanks for the quick response, i really do appreciate it, just glad i asked while i was getting ready to replace the blower motor and have the seat out also. Makes life under the dash a little (?) easier.
