I bought them online somewhere. They are called Bushwacker Cut Out Fender Flares. So yes, I had to cut the fenders to get them to fit. But it was the best option because I had a ton of rust around the rear fenders. Every bit of rust was cut out perfectly. It allows room for larger tires. These are 35x12.50x15 on 15x10 wheels. And there is no lift kit.
