Default A/C control panel removal 1986 F150

Has anyone had to remove the A/C control panel in their truck.? Mine has quit working and I am having trouble getting it out.. I do not want to break anything. Also does anyone know a supplier of the panel it also has duel tanks..
Thanks

What makes you think the fault is in the panel? They virtually never go bad. What exactly has stopped working? AFAIK, they're not made any more - your only source would be a JY.

The arm that you move between the different functions has no resistance nor notches stops it just moves freely with no resistance at all.

That probably means the OTHER end of that pushrod (solid wire inside a plastic sheath) has come loose, or the door it operates is broken inside the ducts. Open the glove box, remove the 5 or 6 screws holding the box in (NOT the door on), remove the box, and look inside the dash. This is a slightly-newer one than yours:

This is what yours should have:

It's very easy once the glovebox is out to remove the heater core cover, and look inside the ducts.
