Air pump install 85 4.9 L
Hi, new to the site. Recently bought a nice 85 F150, short bed 4 WD. It's a true survivor, bought new in AZ and been here ever since. It's a 4 speed 4.9L truck with 94,000 miles on the clock. I need to pass emissions, having brought the truck from Flagstaff, where it spent its first 33 years, to Phoenix. The air pump is there but the belt isn't. I'm also not sure if I have all the original brackets. If anyone has a similar set-up and is still running a pump, can you shoot me a few pics? Thanks.

Why don't YOU post pics of yours, and we'll tell you if it's right. Get a few along the plane of the pulleys, and some showing the whole engine bay, and all the belts. You should also put ALL the truck's details into your signature:

Thanks for the response Steve. I will try to post some pics The pulleys are lined up. I actually got the pump to swing and got a belt on it. It seems to be working fine but the arched, flat bracket with the adjustment slot is swinging free. I’m missing something.
