Default Air cleaner housing vacuum/tube questions - 1986 4.9L 300 4x2 auto

I got an air cleaner housing! Woohoo. But I have some questions. First -- regarding the yellow rectangle -- what is that part *officially* called? Second, that hose goes into the side of the air cleaner housing (red circle). The part it connects to is what? I know there is a small filter in there. RockAuto has it listed as "Crankcase Breather Element". Is that it? And finalllllly, the vacuum tube that I sprayed green in MSpaint -- where is that coming from on the carb? This is not a pic from under my hood. I just grabbed it from the net. Any help is appreciated.

Likewise, if there is anyone out there with a restored 1986 300 who would like to take some high quality pics of their truck insides, I'd really really appreciate it.

It would be better if you took pictures of your engine.
