I searched around but couldn't find anything specific on my issue. The power to the window is fine. I hear the motor. The window will go down in a jerky fashion but it will not go up. It seems like the motor is trying to push it up without results. Also, it seems hard to get to that motor. I have the inside panel off and can see stuff from the inside. I really can't see if the window regulator gear arm ( is that what it's called?) is properly aligned in the motor. Also, I can't get at that interface to fix, if needed.

Any thoughts?

Thanks for the info. You think the gear in the motor is messed up? Can I get the regulator arm gear out of the motor gear and get it back in when fixed? Seems hard to do at first glance.

Did you look at those pics & read the captions? Leave the arm alone.
