Default 1978 351m won't start

I have replaced battery, starter and solenoid. It still won't start. Anyone have an idea of what the problem might be.

Do you have spark at the plugs?

Do you have fuel squirting in carb when you work the linkage?

I have spark at the plugs and fuel in the carb. I had someone tell me about the fusible link that runs from the solenoid to alternator. I don't see a fuse on this wire. So now I'm wondering if I can jut splice a wire together.

The ignition control module was the issue I had with my 351M no starts. Not saying this is what your engine problem is, but I replaced mine twice. In the old days they had colored tabs that HAD to match for replacement purposes. Not so sure if color matters these days as Ford or the aftermarket may have finally figured out a way they didn't need 5 different part #'s for the same engine.

Thanks for the help. Changed the fusible link and she started right up. Now she started dripping oil, my like a steady flow of oil. Off to the shop now to clean off this old engine and try to fin the source of the leak
