The pump and strainer were unrecognizable. Covered in tar. My rear tank was not working for 3 or 4 years. Truck was parked for 2 years of that with over 1/2 tank of old fuel in it. Gauge on that tank was inaccurate for as long as I owned the truck.

I need help, I have a 1986 f150 with dual tanks. It drives fine on the rear tank, when I switch to the front tank it acts like its out of gas. One day I took the gas cap off the front and gas jumped from the tank. When I try to pump gaas in front tank it act as the tank is full.
