Default 1986 Ford F150 6 cylinder Main bearing replacement NEED Help

I am in the process of changing the main bearings in my 300 6 cylinder with the engine still installed in the truck. I have rolled out bearings number 7,6, and 5. bearing number number number 4 has no oil hole in the journal to put a roll out pin into. what is the best way to get this upper bearing shell out. Has anyone else had a main bearing journal without an oil hole in it?

Can't see how oil would get between the bearing and crank without an oil hole.
Maybe it's there, but the metal has been scraped across it ?

Yes, I can't see how the bearing is oiled either. I looked pretty close and there is just no hole. the bearing doesn't look an more worn than some of the others.
