I have a 1986 f150 with the straight six that i cant get to run, itll turn over and fire once if the throtle is held wide open but wont run,ive replaced all the batery wires to the starter the ignition control module and today i pulled the valve cover off and the rockers are still moving when turned over so i dont the gears stripped, i have no idea what to check next its getting fuel and it wont run on stating fluid even

Sounds like the timing chain jumped...have you checked the timing on her to see where its at?
