Default 1983 Ford F150 351w automatic ignition switch

Hi, Ford Bullnose community. I am installing an amazon cheap universal 14 circuit wiring harness
(I know I should have gone with a better kit)
Long story short the engine is not the original and the harness has been hacked beyond rescue + the wires are old and brittle. OEM wiring calls for an ECM and it being an old carb truck, I dont see the point.
So I bought a new wire harness to just start over bare bones.
My issue is the Haines manual calls for the ignition switch WHT L light BLU wire to feed to the ignition control module.
When I trace the WHT / Lt BLU out of the ignition module it feeds back to the Ignition switch.

I would like to just use the OEM Ignition switch connector and splice into it from the universal wiring harness, but I am not sure which wires should be for the IGN Start and the IGN run?

Any insight from the subject matter experts?
