86 302 efi runs away when i start it
Hi this is my first post on this site.. I have a 86 302 efi with 95000. I recently replaced liters, pushrods, and rocker arms and gaskets after having a bad tick. Upon restarting it.. As soon as it turns over it goes as if it were WOT but throttle remains closed as it runs away. I am leaning to it being some sort of vacuum leak but i am not positve.
