Angry Wind whistle when driving

2024 F150 Powerboost. Does anyone have the same issue? Whenever I drive at 50+ mph i get a whistling wind noise and its really irritating. This high pitched whistle goes away when I press the recirc button on the climate control. Only problem is is that it automatically turns off after 5 minutes and the whistle returns. Really irritating.

There are cabin vents behind the rear seat that are supposed to equalize the pressure in the cabin. You could check those

I checked for any obstructions but I don't seem to have any.

You can try pulling out the cabin air filter and see if it helps. Obviously not forever, but as a troubleshooting step

I had the same problem on my 2022. See post # 29 for the fix.https://www.f150forum.com/f129/2022-...529663/index3/

Try different fan speed setting to see if it changes the sound pitch when this happens just to isolate between internal/external noise.

Same whistle on my 2024 PB. As mentioned above, all adjustments to the HVAC system does not seem to affect it. I have found the whistle seems to be coming from the drivers side window. A quick touch of the window switch down eliminates it. Now, this is a temporary solution so the main reason is yet to be determined. I will certainly get this addressed on my next visit!
