I have my OTA updates schedule and truck is parked within WiFi but I have not been able to get my updates to install. I get a notification in the fordpass app that it failed. Anyone else have a similar experience or find a resolution.
I’ve had my truck since May, but I’ve never been notified of an update. My Ford Pass does not yet show SecuriAlert, and the truck says it is up to date when I check the updates. It does connect to WiFi. Do they roll out these updates in groups, so we don’t all get them at once?
i only got the notification after setting the "schedule updates" time from the display. when I check for updates now. it says im up to date. when i check on the owner.ford.com site it gives an error. not sure what the discrepancy is
I’ve got the “schedule updates” in the truck set to a day and time, but on the Ford Pass app, under software updates, it always says “recurring schedule” is not set, and “”Updates set to” is on manual.

I haven't ever set up a schedule or wifi and got an ota back in March or April. I received a notification on Ford Pass that an update had been completed. Pretty sure it was for the zone lighting issue.
I am having the same issue. I have received notifications of successful updates before, but this one has tried twice and failed. I did not have a schedule set, I just randomly got the error message on my phone about a week apart. I am going to try setting up a schedule tonight, or switching to manual to see if I can trigger it again.
I'm in the same boat as the “Recurring Schedule” is not set, and “Updates Set To” is on manual" guys. I have removed my truck from the app... reactivated... everything! Still no updates, even when I check. Says my system is up to date.
