Thats what I was saying to henfield. Unless it’s running, truck won’t stay connected to wifi so it’s not doing anything being on.

Default Battery saver mode

Does anyone know how to get my truck out of battery saver mode? I've tried driving 30 mile trip and no luck. I'm trying to get the latest update software to download but little success. Ford says my battery is fine. But software says it won't download if battery is low.

There is nothing you can do to trigger an OTA being sent to you. None of those youtube videos or tricks you find online do anything. Calling Ford won't help either, so don't bother. Your truck being a 2022 is not plagued by the issue that early 2021 trucks faced where they were stuck not getting updates. You are just at the mercy of Ford's garbage OTA process to randomly send you the update and hope it goes through when they do send it.
could you check mine and see when the last time an update was sent to my truck, I just had my APIM replaced last week and im curious if an update has tried to come to my truck since then. 1FTFW1E82MFA35915

I'm in a similar boat. I just purchased a 2021 F-150 Limited 4x4 and cannot get it to update. Crucially, I'm trying to get BlueCruise to appear, because I know I have the hardware (CoPilot 2.0 Active on the window sticker, additional sensors/cameras in the cabin).

My truck says it's on 4.0.23291, which I know is not current. My VIN is 1FTFW1E83MFA49516.

Yes. With engine off but in accessory mode, Flash your brights 5 TIMES and then pump brake 3 TIMES. Watch the battery icon go from on to off to on.

150 battery reset

all right so you want to turn the ignition on

don't start the truck

and then what you'll do is you'll Flash the headlights five times

and then you'll tap the brake three times

and then you'll see the battery icon down here it'll flash three times

so go one two three four five

one two three

there you have it that's BMS reset
