Default Rumble strips

I really need some help. My 2021 F150, extended crew cab truck constantly feels like I’m driving over rumble strips. It’s intermittent. Usually between 45 and 55 miles an hour. I just had the whole rear end rebuilt. Did not solve the problem $4000 later Does anybody else experience this as well. I am getting nowhere talking to Ford.

Is your truck lifted or otherwise modified in any way?

A rear end rebuild seems like an extreme fix unless there was something very compelling leading towards that being the cause. Have you checked wheel balance?

My first 2023 had this issue. It was a problem with the tires. My current 2023 is smooth as glass. Both had towing packages and for the most part the equipment was about the same.

Can you describe the rumbling? Objectively, is it really as bad as actually taking a vehicle off the path of travel and onto actual rumble strips or is it more like a vibration?

Did changing the tires help? My 2023 isn't quite as bad as rumble strips, but I can definitely feel a vibration through the pedal and my wife through the passenger floorboard. I've never owned a truck that I can feel vibration like this. Taken it to Ford twice, they are useless.

Adjust lane keep feedback or stop hugging the white line.

There is a lot to unpack in just a few sentences. Constantly intermittent issues are the worst.

Really long shot, but do you observe this behavior when the truck is warm or cold? By that, I mean on the radiator temperature gauge.

In my case that was a minor issue. I got a different truck thanks to Ford agreeing with me on the other issue.
