Default Please Review My Order - Build with MSRP & Invoice Inside

Hi Guys,

I've been around the forums for a few months now. I am close to ordering (see below image). My uses:

-85% daily driver around town on paved roads
-15% hunting vehicle in October & November driving gravel roads, driving through farm fields, and launching 16-20 foot boats in spring.

I've zeroed in on the 502a Lariat because of the availability of sport and FX4 packages. I do not care for the chrome of the Platinum nor the interior of the King Ranch. The only thing this 502a doesn't have is wireless charging, which I can overlook/solve myself.

Here is a summary:

-Super Crew 4x4
-3.5 EB (my reasoning is that I'd rather have the extended fuel tank than the first generation hybrid with TBD mileage boost)
-Sport package
-FX 4 package
-6 inch extended running boards
-Engine block heater (my dealership added it, nominal cost, I am in MN and ND)
-Co-Pilot 360 active prep (50/50 on whether I want this)
-Moonroof
-Interior Work Surface
-Trailer Tow Package
-B&O Unleashed
-Power Tailgate
-20'' dark allow wheels
-Extended fuel tank
-360 degree camera package
-Wheel well liner
-Ford tough bed spray
-I plan to add the 2kw pro power on board (that is missing from below).

Questions:

1) Price will be invoice less any available rebates. I also have $2,500 via "personal code to save" that arrived in the mail. My dealer said he can lock that in now. Seem reasonable?
2) Does 2kw pro power with the EB add any batteries anywhere or under rear seats? Hope not and that it's just powered by the gas engine.
3) It has a 3.31 electronic locking RR axle. The other option was to go to 3.55. I'm told 3.55 could tow more (which is not an issue for me) and that the 3.31 will have better mileage. Thoughts?
4) Anything stupid I'm missing, or cheaper ways to bundle these things?

Thank you!!

You will have a giant inverter under your rear seat with the 2k ProPower. You will get better mileage with the 3.31.

IMO, if this were my build and I needed the 2k inverter, I would go with the Powerboost over the standard 3.5L. The only thing you'd lose is a slightly smaller gas tank. 30.5 gallon vs. 36.

Thank you. No, I don't need the inverter. I thought it would be cool and convenient in the event of a power outage to use my truck to run the refrigerator. Maybe the standard 400 watt outlet can do that anyway?!!? I definitely do not want anything under the rear seats as I will often have them folded up to accommodate hunting cargo and my dog's kennel.

The 400A will not run a refrigerator. It's only about 3 amps. The inrush current from the compressor kicking on will probably throw a fault on the outlet.

Ok. Well thanks. Either way if there is an inverter under the rear seats it's a non-starter as I need the cargo area for dog kennel, etc.

If it means anything, when the seats are folded up the floor under the seats is flat and the floor is flat. The inverter is under the part that doesn't fold.

Got it. Then that would still work for me. I need to be able to slide in a dog kennel to sit on completely flat floor, which works when seats are folded up. If there is nothing in my way when seats are folded up it should work. Anyone have a pic?

I would remove the spray in liner also. They are adding 10-12 weeks additional time on orders.

Just have your local line x do it.

Nice build! Similar to mine just ordered last week (https://www.f150forum.com/f129/my-la...2a-too-489616/)

As a fellow hunter, I think the 2k will be incredibly handy and can't wait for that alone. I have the 400w in my current truck and it's honestly good for pretty much nothing. I have a topper (2 bird dogs) and even the smallest heaters wouldn't run on it. 400w isn't much. Rarely needed but I do have an older dog I'll be able to run heat now in the back on those super cold days in the field... and also have the option for an overnight here or there at some point where we could run power occasionally if needed. I may also haul a kennel in the back seat but wouldn't think twice about losing the little bit of storage for the inverter. Take a peak on Youtube for a video... you'll see it in the back. I wouldn't pass for anything on this 2k option.
Even though you don't tow big... do your build again and add the max tow. It'll add the 355 and may not even add much for cost.
Best wishes!!

The bed liner and extended running boards will likely add a few months to the delivery time. The bed liner can be done locally after delivery. Not sure what options are out there for running boards though.
