Angry Front Speaker Sound Only

Purchased a used 2021 Supercrew Powerboost Lariat. First thing I did was remove old iphones and add my phone. Once I did that - sound only out of the tweeters. Gave it back to my ford dealer. I think they did a reset and it worked in the shop because they gave it back to me and said it was fixed. I got back in the truck, and back to tweeters only. Dealer offered to try again. So i may take it back in a few days.

Since then - One time after restore to factory, I locked up the car. did an autostart and when i went back in the radio began playing through all speakers once again. Next day, and ever since - no sound except for the tweeters again. Tried to reset and autostart. No luck.

Anyone else experiencing tweeter only sound? I have no pending updates as far as I can tell. Its ruining my driving experience. Even hands free calls are tweeters only.

Your description suggests something more than software issue. You probably already discovered and tried the adjustments on the head unit and checked the fuses.

Anything in the vehicle's service history to suggest this problem with prior owner?

Time if its under warranty for service tech who actually knows their electrical sh*t to tear into the dash, back probing the connections into and out of the Amp to see if any power is there or whether there are any ground problems. Locating amp etc on non B&O system

Nothing in the history. I’ll have to take it in. My guess is something is non-working.

Hello. Are you still experiencing this concern with your speakers? If so, I would like to look into it on my end. Please send over a private message with your VIN and the name/location of your local Ford dealer.

Is your truck equipped with the B&O system?
