Default Ford 4x4 issue

2021 F150 Platinum 3.5 Ecoboost. Has anyone seen an issue with 4x4 throwing a code for both IWE's (c06a1-77 and c06a2-77) only when the truck is not moving? After the codes clear and the truck is moving, the 4x4 will work without issues. When it locks out the 4x4 system, it will "go" (does not work but says it's engaged) into 4x4 low. I have checked the alternator and battery to make sure it was not a voltage issue. When I first got the truck back in April, I would not engage 4x4 once, and it has only gotten worse. It was engaging 4x4 90% of the time when not moving. Now I'm at about 90% fail when not moving. Both IWE's failing at the same time? I don't have any grinding noises. Also, I saw that I have this code:
===SASM DTC U0415:00-08===
Code: U0415 - Invalid Data Received From Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) Control Module
Status (-08):
- Previously Set DTC - Not Present at Time of Request
- Malfunction Indicator Lamp is Off for this DTC
Module: Steering Angle Sensor Module

Codes from Forscan for IWE's
===TCCM DTC C06A1:77-08===
Code: C06A1 - Wheel Hub Disconnect Actuator 'A' Control
Additional Fault Symptom (:77):
- Commanded Position Not Reachable
Status (-08):
- Previously Set DTC - Not Present at Time of Request
- Malfunction Indicator Lamp is Off for this DTC
Module: Transfer Case Control Module
===END TCCM DTC C06A1:77-08===
===TCCM DTC C06A2:77-08===
Code: C06A2 - Wheel Hub Disconnect Actuator 'B' Control
Additional Fault Symptom (:77):
- Commanded Position Not Reachable
Status (-08):
- Previously Set DTC - Not Present at Time of Request
- Malfunction Indicator Lamp is Off for this DTC
Module: Transfer Case Control Module
===END TCCM DTC C06A2:77-08===

Your report says: U415 previously set but not present at >>time of report request<<. No malfunction indicator request. It for the steering module.
May no longer be revelent.
.
Both C 06A1 and A2 both shorted circuits both wheel Hubs.
And you wonder why they don't work!
Seems it would be a Harness or plug issue at some location back toward a common point when both sides are in trouble.
Thats all there is in your report readout.
Good luck.

A wiring harness issue was my first thought as well. But the code doesn’t say that the IWE is unreachable. It is saying the targeted positioning is unreachable. Also, that doesn’t factor in for that I can barely be moving 1 mph and it will shift in the 4x4 as long as it’s not locked out. Only has this issue when at a complete stop. Yes movement could cause it to make a connection. But the only connection point that it has that are common is when it goes into the firewall. I’ve already checked those connectors to be on the safe side.

Respectfully, you have to go by the code descriptions and not your interpretations based on resulting operation reactions, trying to justify your logic, trying to beat the system. The system wins every time.
Good luck.
