Electrical parasite issue
The 48v and 12v systems are separate. Same with the 2000w ecoboost trucks, separate 24v and 12v circuits.
Seems to me, you could by a 110v trickle charger to maintain the 12v battery. LOL, this is going to be funny as ****, owners plugging into the powerboost system to keep the starting battery functioning. WTF Ford, fix this already.

I had a similar issue last week with my Platinum. Truck set for 4 or 5 days and when I went to start it, it couldn't even turn over once. Took it to the dealership this morning and they said it didn't appear there are any issues. Battery and Alternator tested fine. The dealer also kind of admitted they really don't know much about these trucks yet.
Just my opinion but I think with a lot of these trucks sitting so long initially there might be more of these stories. We all know that letting these trucks sit for long periods of time followed by starting and then shutting down after a few minutes (as in just moving the truck from one parking spot to another) doesn't help. I believe there will be a few batteries that are going to need to be replaced because of it. Even several of them that test good.
Here's hoping this is just a matter of circumstance and this issue fades into non existence, which I think (hope) it will.

I am having the same problem with my 2020. The truck has less than 7000 miles and has already had the battery replaced once. It has just been to the dealer for a week where they can find no battery drain. This seems to be happening only in my driveway when it sits for 2 or 3 days. If anyone finds a solution please let me know.

Just wanted to add another experience to the thread. 2021 Platinum 701A. Parked it in my garage (it's heated, in case it matters) on 1/31/2021 where it sat until I tried to start it up again on 2/6/2021. When I went to start it, it was completely dead. The Ford app stated that the truck was in deep sleep mode and that I needed to start the truck manually, however I couldn't start the truck manually because it was completely dead. A jump start got things back up and running.
Worth noting, I called my local Ford dealership to see if there was something obvious I was missing, and what I found interesting was that the dealership essentially made it sound like I had unrealistic expectations for how long the battery should be able to last while the truck is parked, and that "to avoid this issue I should be running the truck at least every other day". All I have to say about that is "in what world is it unrealistic to expect a battery to last a week?"
I haven't tried the BMS reset process yet, but I'm going to let the truck sit in my garage again this week and see if I have any issues starting it on the weekend.

Jumping it doesn't charge the battery, and nor will a short drive thereafter - start with it fully charged and the truck aware of it's full state of charge and see where that lands you.
This is such a load of ***** and when I read stuff like this it makes me furious, especially when Ford pushes post production issues to be "fixed" at the dealer. I have a 2018 F150 platinum that didn't move or get started for almost 2 months, cause of COVID, and it fires right up....
some insight - the issues you are experiencing steam from OTA updates, Sync 4 just keeps on sucking on that battery...fix is in progress but will be weeks before it’s out - some will need the whole dash taken apart to replace the head unit, some will need a software update...
I proposed we put the truck in sleep mode sooner to avoid this situation all together but that got shot down since 1-they think deep sleep mode is not working as it should and 2- we are not ready to use OTA
