I ended up ordering the old plates and just installed them yesterday. The full cleats are much more versatile for connections than the plates alone. Here's the ones I ordered:

 

I took the plates and cleats out of my 2021. Whoever gets my 2021 will have 2025 plates.

 

had to do the same thing on my 25 platinum, but used the points they give when you buy the truck👍🏼

 

Use the old plates, they fit. Thats what i did on my 2025. The new ones that came on the truck arent for the cleats, they are just meant to be used as tie downs

 

My truck didn't come with any plates. I just bought the normal ones from Ford and installed them myself.

 

My 2023 Lariat came with the bed cleats. I used them a couple of times. They do come in handy.
