Question 3.31 vs 3.55 gears, Tuned 3.5 EcoBoost on 34s

I know that there is no tuning support for 2021 F150s yet, but when it's available my plan is to tune my 3.5 EcoBoost which should bump it up from the stock 500 lb-ft to roughly 600 lb-ft, my plan is also to run 275/65R20 (34") tires instead of the stock 275/60R20 (33") tires. With this all being taken into consideration, should I order my truck with the 3.55 e-locker, or should I stick with the base 3.31 gears? The e-locker itself is of no value to me as it would get swapped out for a limited slip that is always "on", so this is strictly an issue of gear ratio. Looking for the best option for an aggressively driven street/strip truck, no plans to ever tow anything.

I'm worried that 600 lb-ft with 3.55 gears and the really short 1st gear on the 10 speed might be a little ridiculous, but being slightly under 1500RPM on the highway at 70mph with 3.31 gears also seems a little extreme. I've never owned an EcoBoost or a 10-speed truck, so I'd love some input from those how have.
