2021 F150 Powerboost massive electrical gremlins - dealers are USELESS
Since we do not have a lemon law in Canada, like many US states, I believe you only have two options:
1. Contact OMVIC and see if they can help, which from stories I have read in the past, they can't/won't...
2. As a previous poster said, you need to lawyer up.
Given how long you have been dealing with this, and if you do have the mountains of video, pictures, etc., I'd think a good lawyer will be help you get this sorted. Of course, that will cost you some $$, but if you want a buyback from Ford Canada, I think this will be your only option.
Good luck, keep us updated.

There is no obvious config issues with the module network as far as software is concerned. That does not mean there aren't any config issues; it just means that with what he can see with your VIN and not plugging into the truck directly, he does not see anything. It is possible you have a bad GWM. The GWM (gateway module) is responsible for being the hub that all modules on the truck communicate through. If there is a problem with the GWM, it can cause erratic problems throughout the different systems in the truck including the PCM (drivability), the APIM (touchscreen), the BCM (windows, locks, mirrors, running boards, wipers, etc) as well as every other module in the truck, and there are MANY modules in these newer trucks. The higher the trim and the more bells and whistles, the more modules. The PowerBoost would have even more modules than an ICE truck due to the extra components associated with the hybrid powertrain.
A bad GWM is a guess, but it is an educated guess coming from someone who knows these trucks and how they operate at a very high level. With that said: Good luck getting your dealer to swap out your GWM because "some guy on the internet said that blah blah blah". Even if you offer to pay for the labor and parts yourself to have the GWM swapped out, it does not guarantee that it will solve all or any of the issues the truck has.
Sorry I could not be more of help. Good luck.

Have them check the fuse panel and make sure all the fuse connections are rock solid. A lot of 2021s came in with half connected fuses that caused a lot of electrical gremlins and it was resolved when the fuses were reseated. I hope it's as simple as that. If not, then I'd ask them to make sure the 12v battery and the aux battery (under the passenger side back seat) are replaced with brand new models...both of these if they start going bad have been noted to cause electrical issues.
Finally, if that doesn't work out, then I'd definity start hunting for corroded wires....

Edit: Nevermind. I cannot send an attachment in a message on this forum. PM me your email or your son's email address and I will send it. If they replaced your GWM, it would be there because they would need to document it in order to bill Ford for the parts and labor. They did replace some modules throughout the course of the issues you've had, but the GWM was not one of them.

Just out of interest. How often is truck driven? How far do you go on a typical drive?
Has the battery been tested? There was a batch of bad batteries at some point. Intermittent battery issues (eg internal shorts) do weird things.
any aftermarket electrical add ons? Including anti theft.
has dealer installed anything to track and record events as they happen?
