12VDC or Inverter options
I have the STX 4x4 2021.
I realized that I cannot use the trailer plug connectors to get 12V for accessories so I am in need of expert advice on how to add 12V accessories socket to the bed or bumper area. I am torn between maybe a 12V socket connection to the battery or maybe an inverter connected to the battery as well. If I go with a inverter, I would love ideas on where to mount it in the bed area as I wouldn't want to have it loose sliding around while I drive. If I go with the socket, I would those that have the socket, USB Type A Female, USB-C, and the voltage gauge as well as switches to turn on or off those ports, all in a panel.
Has anybody done it or somehow solved the issue of not having a 12VDC or AC port in the bed area?

In my '17 I just wired a marine 12v socket direct from the battery. I did add an inline fuse fore safety. The we just used adapters for what was plugged into it. Worked great for the 4 years I owned that truck. Hope the new owner uses it.
